This restaurant is one of the oldest established restaurants in Malta and continues to draw clients from all over the world.  In is a popular venue for open-air eating on the upper bastion terrace where diners can enjoy the relaxed and tranquil ambience of the restaurant’s neatly kept gardens, coupled with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.  Housed in two chambers built by Grand Master fra Martino de Redin in the 17th century, the downstairs restaurant still retains many of its original characteristics and charm with vaulted ceilings and stone floors.
