Villa Bologna

 

Within the walls of Villa Bologna the visitor will discover a world far removed from the bustle of Malta's tourist traffic. Garden enthusiasts can enjoy a historic Mediterranean garden where the plants and beautiful fountains provide a perfect setting for the villa.  Villa Bologna was built in 1745 by Fabrizio Grech as a dowry for the wedding of his daughter Maria Teresa to Nicolas Perdicomati Bologna, second Count della Catena.
